Do I need fabric softener?

The formulas are all-in-one. If you would like even more softness and a longer-lasting fragrance, you can use your usual fabric softener. The liquid detergent is hypoallergenic and suitable for delicate fabrics, baby clothes, and underwear.

Can the detergent be used in the machine and by hand?

Yes, it's suited to both uses. The powder can be diluted in water for effective hand washing.

Is the detergent suitable for delicate clothing?

The liquid detergent is 100% hypoallergenic, suitable for delicate fabrics, baby skin and underwear.

What dosage is recommended for the liquid detergent?

Use the dosing cap:
Level 3: small load / lightly soiled
Level 3 to 4: normal load
Level 5: heavily soiled.

What dosage for the powder?

1 dose: small load
2 doses: regular load.

What's the best product for tough stains?

Dilute a dose of powder in a basin of water and soak the stained laundry before washing it in the machine.

Are the containers actually reusable?

Yes. Our buckets and jugs are designed to be reused forever:
storage, DIY, gardening, rainwater collection… They are tested and made to be airtight, sturdy and reusable. Less waste, more value!
